Heating Ontario services select areas within Ontario, Canada. Promotional offers, including furnace tune-ups and discounts, may be limited to specific geographic zones and mileage radius from our office location. Eligibility will be confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Estimates & Pricing
Any pricing provided online or over the phone is an estimate only and may be subject to change following an in-person inspection.
Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
Additional repairs or services will only be performed with customer approval.
Taxes, parts, and labor may apply unless otherwise stated.
4. Promotions & Special Offers
From time to time, Heating Ontario may offer promotions such as discounts or service guarantees.
Promotions are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.
Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Certain promotions may have eligibility requirements, including system condition, service area limits, or completion of recommended repairs.
Furnace Tune-Up Offer
The advertised furnace tune-up offer applies to qualifying systems within the designated service radius and does not include major repairs, replacement parts, or code upgrades.
No-Breakdown Guarantee
Any service guarantee applies only when all technician-recommended repairs or maintenance are completed and approved by the customer at the time of service.
5. Appointments & Cancellations
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring access to the property during scheduled appointments.
Missed or cancelled appointments without adequate notice may be subject to a service fee.
We reserve the right to refuse service where unsafe conditions are present.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include credit card, debit, or other approved forms of payment. Non-payment may result in collection actions or refusal of future service.
7. Warranties & Liability
Heating Ontario provides workmanship warranties as outlined at the time of service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heating Ontario shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
